At least one person thinks that Blue Ivy’s hair could use some extra moisture and she’s concerned enough that’s she started a petition on Change.org to get Jay Z and Beyonce to do something about the two-year-old’s situation. Jasmine Toliver of Brooklyn, New York created the petition, which reads, “As a woman who understands the importance of hair care, it’s disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy, Sean Carter A.K.A. Jay-Z and Beyoncé, have failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy’s hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let’s get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy’s hair.” So far, 250 people have signed the petition.

Tracy’s friend, comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair, died in the accident, and four others were injured. Kevin Roper has been accused of going 24 hours without sleep before the crash. He’s denied that, and Walmart reps say they believed he was in compliance with federal laws that say a driver can’t spend more than 11 hours driving within a maximum shift of 14 hours. Tracy remains in critical but stable condition.
