Soulja Boy Gets Kicked Off A Flight
Soulja Boy was grounded by American Airlines after causing a big scene ahead of his scheduled flight. Word is, he became disrespectful with flight attendants when asked him to sit down, and was eventually forced off the plane. Soulja Boy was reportedly given more than one warning before being carted off by security. There’s been no reason given as to why he was trippin. Soulja released a statement saying, “It was a bad night and me and the flight staff didn’t see eye to eye. In hindsight, I’m extremely sorry for all inconvenience caused to the passengers and employees of the airline.”
Big Sean Says He Could Have Changed His Verse On Control
In the wake of Kendrick Lamar’s verse in Big Sean’s “Control” turning hip-hop upside down, the question everyone wants to know is, “Why didn’t Big Sean change his verse?” after hearing the heat Kendrick was bringing. As Big Sean tells it, even though he realized he’d been shown up in his own song, he chose not to rewrite it. “When I heard [Kendrick's] verse I was like, ‘I’m not about to go back and change my verse. That’s cheating’,” the rapper tells Vibe. “That ain’t how G’s move. I wanted to do that for the culture of hip-hop as opposed to myself, trying to protect myself.” Click here to watch Sean’s interview!
Meanwhile, Diddy thinks that Kendrick Lamar’s claim to be the new “King of New York” is funny. He posted a picture of him and Jay Z laughing courtside at a basketball game with the caption, “And then Kendrick said…’I'm the King of New York.’”
